Excellent experience, the service was efficient, with confirmation sent after every communication, which was clear and very helpful. The person attending to undertake the repair was polite, clear and also very helpful. Great service and would be happy to recommend and use again.

Engineer arrived on time, worked out the problem and gave me a quote for installing new satellite dish. Dish was installed immediately with no fuss and my Sky is now working perfectly again. Engineer was friendly and helpful throughout. I'd happily use HDS again.

Engineer Steve was brilliant.we thought it was aerial he checked on meter for strength of signal and said it was strong.He found it was the old sky box causing problem.Rang them and office gave us a price which was ok so Steve fixed it super now.Steve even put covers on his shoes.First class service throughout.

Incredibly fast response to our TV aerial falling off the chimney. Very knowledgeable, and presented a range of options before tackling the job. No fuss, no drama, simply a man who knew his job backwards and who effected a quality repair with the minimum of inconvenience. Would HIGHLY recommend.

Responded and came out when they said. Although they couldn't help will the problem. The gentleman was very professional and took time explaining to me a few other solutions that might work. Would certainly recommend this company.

Jake was excellent, quickly identified the problem and sorted it there and then. Provided really useful advice as well. Highly recommended. The wider booking system which got Jake to us was let down by misleading (over-optimistic) advice about when he/ the service engineer would get to us.
